“Eupraxsophy On Air”

A Project of the Institute for Science and Human Values

Eupraxsophy On Air is sponsored by the Institute for Science and Human Values, a research and advocacy organization founded by secular humanist visionary Paul Kurtz. Each episode of this podcast will feature interviews with authors, scientists, and public intellectuals exploring issues and ideas of global significance in today’s rapidly changing and evolving world. The term Eupraxsophy was coined by Paul Kurtz in 1988 to characterize a nonreligious approach to life. Composed of Greek roots, it translates literally into good practice and wisdom. Accordingly, this podcast will explore the frontiers of knowledge with a two-part objective of 1) enlarging our understanding and 2) eliciting the kind of genuine wisdom that can be applied directly to the fundamental questions and concerns confronting humanity. Eupraxsophy On Air is hosted by Nathan Bupp (Communications Director) and Toni Van Pelt (Public Policy Director), and is engineered by Jack Van Pelt.
